Kevin Charlton joined Spirit Realty Capital’s Board of Directors in 2009 and currently serves as a member of the Compensation Committee. He is the Chief Executive Officer of NewHold Investment Corporation II (NASDAQ: NHIC), a special purpose acquisition corporation targeting industrial technology companies. Kevin also serves as Co-Chairman of NewHold Enterprises, a holding company that focuses on industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and business service companies across the U.S. He is primarily responsible for capital formation and investment sourcing activities, as well as portfolio company management.

Michelle Frymire joined Spirit Realty Capital’s Board of Directors in 2021 and currently serves as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee.  Most recently, Michelle was the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of CWT, one of the world’s largest travel management platforms providing business travel, meetings, and events management for some of the world’s largest global companies. Michael Hughes is primarily responsible for overseeing Spirit’s strategic financial planning, financial reporting, accounting and capital market activities. In addition, he serves on Spirit’s Investment Committee and has been a principal driver in Spirit’s ESG efforts.

Michael joined Spirit in 2018 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at FelCor Lodging Trust from 2013 through the close of the company’s merger with RLJ Lodging Trust in 2017. Prior to that, he held various roles in corporate finance at FelCor from 2006 to 2013, and Wyndham International, Inc. from 2002 to 2006, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Finance.

Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Rhodes College and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Rochelle Thomas is primarily responsible for Spirit’s legal division, including advising on real estate, corporate and securities, litigation, insurance, human capital management and ESG issues. She serves on Spirit’s Investment Committee, is a founding member of Spirit’s Diversity Council and Women’s Leadership Council and has been a principal driver in Spirit’s ESG efforts.

Rochelle joined Spirit in 2016 after serving as senior associate with the international law firm of Vinson & Elkins LLP, where she focused her practice on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, complex commercial leases and financings. She also worked extensively on cross-disciplinary legal teams, providing real estate expertise for mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring transactions.

Rochelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from The Ohio State University and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jay Young is primarily responsible for providing oversight and legal perspective on the day-to-day operations of Spirit, as well as implementation of mission-critical initiatives across the organization.  He manages the administrative and human resource department, where he is keenly focused on promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.  In addition, he serves on Spirit’s Investment Committee.

Jay joined Spirit in 2016 after serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Wingstop, Inc. and as In-House Counsel for CEC Entertainment, Wachovia Corporation, and UBS.

Jay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Travis Carter is primarily responsible for supporting Spirit’s investment policy through in-depth research and risk analysis of Spirit’s investments. In addition, he serves on Spirit’s Investment Committee.

Travis joined Spirit as Vice President of Asset Management in 2013 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Credit and Underwriting. Prior to joining Spirit, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Community By Design, Inc., a mixed-use developer.

Travis earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Pierre Revol is primarily responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, investor communications and capital market activities. He serves on the technology implementation committee and has been a principal driver in Spirit’s ESG efforts.

Pierre Revol joined Spirit in 2016. Before coming on board at Spirit, he served as a buy-side analyst, covering REITs for more than ten years. Prior to joining the buy-side, he worked in investment banking as an associate at Goldman Sachs and an analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

Pierre earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Finance concentration from Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an International Relations focus from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Keith Griffin joined Spirit in February 2022 and serves as Vice President of Acquisitions, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing, marketing, analyzing and overseeing the acquisition of new investment real estate opportunities, with a primary focus in the industrial sector.

Keith has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, spanning various asset classes and disciplines, including valuation, research, debt origination, acquisitions and dispositions. Throughout his career, he has completed over $1 billion in transactions across the country. Prior to joining Spirit, his experience included roles at MetLife Investment Management, AIC Ventures, Regions Financial and Morgan Stanley.

Keith earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with additional coursework in statistics, at North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Stephen Wolff joined Spirit in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Acquisitions, where he is responsible for sourcing, marketing, analyzing and overseeing the acquisition of new investment real estate opportunities, with a primary focus in the industrial sector.

Stephen has extensive commercial real estate experience, specializing primarily in the industrial sector. Throughout his career, he has completed over $6 billion in transactions across the country. His previous experience included roles at Westmount Realty Capital, Pacific Century Holdings, NAI Global and Staubach Capital Markets.

Stephen attended the University of Arkansas and Southern Methodist University.

Alic Kelso joined Spirit in 2022 and serves as a Vice President of Asset Management, where he is primarily responsible for negotiating acquisitions, leases, and dispositions as well as special servicing, property management and workouts.

Prior to joining the Asset Management team, Alic served as the Director of Portfolio Management for Spaulding & Slye Investments based in Washington D.C., an asset manager at Spirit Realty Capital and an Officer in the United States Marine Corps with various command and staff assignments domestically and abroad.

Alic earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from St. Lawrence University, a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh. He also serves as a professor for courses in Finance, Structured Finance, Portfolio Management and Financial Modelling at Georgetown University.

Kayode Ola joined Spirit in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management, where he is primarily responsible for special servicing and property management of the portfolio including workouts, property dispositions, re-leasing and property management.

Prior to joining Spirit, Kayode served as an analyst with Admiral Capital Group, a real estate and private equity firm with offices in New York, San Antonio and Seattle.

Kayode earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investments from New York University.

Matt Kuc joined Spirit in 2014 and serves as Director of Asset Management, where he is primarily responsible for special servicing and property management of the portfolio including workouts, property dispositions, re-leasing and property management.

Prior to joining the asset management team, Matt served on the credit and underwriting team where he was responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities, performing credit analysis on Spirit’s existing tenants and assisting in managing the overall health of Spirit’s portfolio. Prior to this, he served on the acquisitions team, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities.

Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

Patrick Rea joined Spirit in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Construction and Facilities, where he is primarily responsible for managing the department’s daily duties associated with the operational aspects of commercial real estate.

Patrick has a wide variety of experience in property management and commercial real estate management, leasing, sales and site selection. Prior to joining Spirit, he served as head of the property management department at Realty Income Corporation, where he oversaw a team of 15 property managers and a portfolio of more than 4,300 properties across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Patrick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
